Earth Day Events at Escambia and Santa Rosa County Elementary Schools

Escambia and Santa Rosa County Elementary Schools are participating in the DEP Northwest District’s plastic bag collection in honor of Earth Day. While students and classrooms compete to bring in the most plastic bags for recycling, they will also be learning about how to reduce, reuse, and recycle with the aid of Easy As One activity sheets and a lesson plan the Northwest District designed just for them.
